Your listings are automatically imported from MLS and ready to be configured! Set up showing availability, showing instructions, and lockbox codes, so you only have to type them once. Agents can request showings via Touchbase, MLS, or through our office or answering service.
APPROVE SHOWINGS
Agents and assistants can easily approve/decline showing requests via email, text message, or the Touchbase website/mobile app. Turn on automatic confirmations for properties that are vacant, and watch the showings book themselves!
