Family Fitness Sundays

FREE Class for Parent/Caregiver & Child(ren) | Ages 3 – 6

This program provides families with an opportunity to be physically active while having fun and learning new games. Children will build confidence and self-esteem while acquiring skills to stay physically active throughout their lives. Parents/caregivers learn new ways to be physically active with their children and strengthen family bonds and relationships.
